Our process

Development

Prior to beginning your project, KICKdesigns will send you  Statement of Work (SOW) to outline your project cost and specifications. Once we receive your signed SOW and initial project deposit (50 percent of the total project cost) via Credit Card, Paypal, money order, or authorized business check; you may then deliver the required client content and references.

KICKdesigns will use the client content and references, to create an Objectives Amendment, to outline the goals and aesthetics of the project.

Pre-production

During this stage of your project, KICKdesigns will solidify the artistic aesthetics and merits for your projects If at any time we require any clarifications of your client materials, or project specification, we will contact you directly via email or phone.

At the end of this stage, KICKdesigns will deliver the Alpha-stage of your project for review, feedback, and approval. At this time, you will be allowed to request production error fixes that deviate from your client materials and Objectives Amendment.

Production

During the Production stage of your project, KICKdesigns will deliver your project to the specifications of your SOW and Objectives Amendment. Any additional client materials necessary for this stage, are required prior to beginning this Production stage.

At the end of this stage, KICKdesigns will deliver the Beta-stage of your project, for approval and feedback. At this time, you will be allowed to make minor production error fixes.

Post-production

In the Post-production stage of your project, KICKdesigns will deliver the Final-stage of your project for approval and sign-off. Your project is now complete and ready for source code delivery.

Post-paperwork

During the post-paperwork stage of the project, you will need to submit the completion payment for the Project (the remaining 50 percent of your project cost).

Once your payment clears, we will deliver the final files, which include complete source code and any intermediate or working materials involved in the production of the Project.
